Job summary

Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor security cameras across multiple locations, document observations, and report incidents promptly. You will maintain strict confidentiality of footage and ensure compliance with security procedures.

You will work rotating shifts, prepare periodic security reports for investigations, and use basic computer tools. Prior security experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in security field is preferred.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance is preferred.
• Good observation, concentration, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare reports and accurately document security observations and incidents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
• Ability to respond appropriately to security incidents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV screens and surveillance systems throughout the assigned shift.
• Observe and document any unusual activities or incidents that may constitute a security concern or violation.
• Monitor designated areas, entrances, exits, and facilities to ensure security and safety.
• Respond to security alerts and incidents and notify the relevant personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately record security incidents, observations, and activities and prepare periodic reports.
• Review CCTV footage when required to support investigations and security-related incidents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of security information, recordings, and data.
• Comply with all approved security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work on rotating shifts and remain capable of handling work pressure and emergency situations.

Job Title: CCTV Operator

Job Purpose

The CCTV Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance camera systems, identifying and reporting unusual activities, security incidents, or violations, and responding to them in accordance with established procedures. The role also includes accurately documenting observations and preparing the required security reports.
