Job summary

Master Works seeks a Network & Collaboration, Specialist to design, implement, and manage enterprise network and collaboration platforms from HQ in Riyadh. You will ensure reliable connectivity, support VoIP/UC, and lead infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Admin, 5 years in IT projects, and fluent English. You will work with Cisco/Aruba/Juniper ecosystems, NAC, and Huawei Wi‑Fi 7 environments in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks for coverage and performance.
• Configure and support routing/switching with Cisco/Aruba/Juniper platforms.
• Implement and manage NAC for secure device authentication and network segmentation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications incl. SIP and QoS.
• Manage wireless controllers, APs, RF optimization, roaming, and guest access.
• Monitor network/voice performance and proactively resolve issues for high availability.
• Lead network infrastructure projects including branch/connectivity and migrations.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, docs, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/ISPs to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Support Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environments.
• Account growth: identify cross-sell opportunities and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to support new business opportunities.

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Network & Collaboration, Specialist who will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, communication systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure reliable connectivity and communication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platforms.
• Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure device authentication, user access policies, and network segmentation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP, QoS, and voice gateways.
• Manage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, guest wireless, and authentication services.
• Monitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum availability.
• Lead network infrastructure projects, including branch connectivity, headquarters deployments, migrations, and technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
• Support and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environments.

Additional Responsibilities (Account Growth & Commercial Support):

• Manage and develop client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
