Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and FreeSWITCH.
• Administer Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated deployments and configuration management.
• Monitor performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot across app, DB, and SIP layers.
• Manage database administration, replication, performance tuning, and backups.
• Implement security hardening, patching, access controls, and backups.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors on deployments and escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with teams.

We are looking for a Contact Center Technical Engineer, you will manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of core platforms and services that power contact center solutions. You will focus on ensuring stable operations of middleware, databases, and voice components, while applying strong Linux and automation practices for scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and FreeSWITCH.
• Administer Linux servers, including (RHEL, CentOS, and Oracle Linux).
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated deployments and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot technical issues across application, database, and SIP layers.
• Manage database administration, replication, performance tuning, and backups.
• Implement security hardening, patching, access controls, and backup policies.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors on deployments, integrations, and technical escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or contact center operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and FreeSWITCH.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with Ansible and scripting using Bash; basic Python skills are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• RHCSA, RHCE, Ansible, or relevant database and networking certifications.
