Career Land Center in الرياض is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations for a Caribbean concept during the Riyadh Season event, on a 6-month contract with visa sponsorship and work permit.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee service standards, supervise front-of-house staff, assist with scheduling, inventory and cost control, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the Restaurant Manager.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and uphold service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain the Caribbean dining concept and guest experience.
• Step in to manage operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
