Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Caribbean-concept restaurant as part of a high-profile Riyadh Season event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a 6-month contract.

You will support daily operations, supervise front-of-house staff, assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control, and step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service, while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
