Job description

Position Purpose

Sephora Middle East is recruiting a KSA Care Trainer. This role supports the Skincare and Haircare learning & development of the KSA store team through regional training initiatives, training delivery, in‑store coaching and assessment (approximately 50% of time).

Responsibilities

• Manage the KSA Care Education Expert based in the other KSA region, providing development, supervision, follow‑up and feedback.
• Deliver Sephora University Skincare and Haircare training modules in‑class and digitally in own region.
• Collaborate with the OGCC SU team for seamless execution of identical training programs.
• Support brand training organization and complete administrative tasks.
• Support cross‑functional events with Marketing, PR and HR.
• Visit Sephora stores weekly to provide coaching, assessment and follow‑up.
• Develop Skincare and Haircare skills of the store team through feedback, coaching on conversation sales speech, Sephora Attitude and new product launches.
• Partner with Retail & Store Managers to share and align feedback, development plans and follow‑up actions via meetings and reports.
• Lead talent development following the internal process for own region and oversee the other region by ensuring the Care Education Expert follows the process.
• Manage the overall KSA Skincare and Haircare training plan, calendar and budget and collaborate with the Care Education Expert for the other region.
• Lead the implementation and execution of all Skincare and Haircare initiatives at country level, communicating with stakeholders, gathering feedback and following up.
• In charge of ensuring the Care Education Expert is equipped to deliver training modules in own region through TTT delivery, observations and feedback.
• Lead the development of the KSA Skincare Community, including monthly engagement, organization of Experts events and performance feedback.
• Accountable for increasing Skincare and Haircare expertise in KSA by teaching about conversation, category knowledge, trends, device usage, selling techniques, cross‑category and product knowledge.
• Track development progress and learning of the store team and support engagement via the digital Sephora Learning App.
• Organize yearly Skincare and Haircare Education events, community brand conventions and support delivery of multi‑brand training content.
• Support delivery of digital training and masterclass training with involved brands, and manage admin tasks related to attendee lists and tester requests.
• Collide with business partners, store & Retail Management, OGCC SU team, HR and Brand Teams to align on business priorities, support store level needs and exchange best practices.
• Act as a Sephora Ambassador in marketing & PR events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail training or coaching experience.
• Advanced Skincare and Haircare knowledge.
• Proven record of coaching and developing team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Locally mobile, willing to travel within KSA and other Middle East countries.
• Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, resilient, open to feedback and self‑motivated.
