Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based remotely in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end client implementations for card programs, coordinating delivery across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams.

You will guide clients through configuration, API onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live readiness. The role emphasizes ownership, structured problem-solving, and delivering complex fintech projects in a remote, international environment,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client delivery within fintech/payments.
Practical knowledge of card issuing, including BIN structures and card lifecycle events.
Understanding of card issuing platform configuration, technical integration, and launch dependencies.
Working knowledge of REST APIs and technical onboarding processes.
Excellent written and spoken English with ability to communicate with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning through launch and closure.
Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams.
Manage client expectations with clear progress updates and regular reviews.
Guide clients through program configuration, BIN ranges, products, limits, and fees.
Oversee API onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live readiness.
Ensure documentation, decisions, and sign-offs for audit and compliance.
