Pfizer in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior finance and portfolio analytics leader to shape the International Commercial Digital & AI portfolio. You will provide an independent view on capital allocation, partnering with the GCA CoE to ensure measurement is rigorous and decision-ready for the Investment Committee.

You will own portfolio audits, manage risk-return, and translate performance evidence into actionable funding recommendations across markets and investment stages.

Formación

• Significant experience in finance, portfolio analytics or related field.
• Ability to translate evidence into capital-allocation recommendations.
• Experience driving performance management and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Attach KPIs for initiatives and validate with external evidence.
• Define budget and translate KPIs into financial impact.
• Own portfolio audit at 3, 6 and 12 months with evidence.
• Manage risk-return view and advise on allocations.
• Run scenarios and make transparent opportunity-cost analyses.
