Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Value & Performance Lead to shape the International Commercial Digital & AI portfolio and drive risk-adjusted returns. You will partner with the Value & Measurement CoE to ensure rigorous, decision-ready evidence and oversee portfolio audits on a three-, six-, and twelve-month horizon.

The role emphasizes strong communication with senior stakeholders, robust financial modelling, and a proactive approach to reallocating capital across initiatives to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in finance, portfolio analytics, corporate planning, performance management, investment analysis, or management consulting.
• Experience in translating measurement evidence into capital-allocation recommendations.
• Ability to defend recommendations with senior stakeholders.
• Finance-native with analytical depth and the ability to translate evidence into action.
• Experience managing value at portfolio level and coordinating with CoE teams.

Responsibilities

• Attach KPIs for every initiative the Investment Committee considers and ensure alignment.
• Define measurement framework and approach for each proposal.
• Define budget and expected financial impact at the outset.
• Translate KPIs into financial value and documented impact scores.
• Own end-to-end programme and project management for value measurement and portfolio reviews.
• Provide independent portfolio-audit conclusions and recommendations for allocation.
