• Convert signed proposals into internal briefs and align with content/editorial/production teams.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure smooth delivery.
• Review deliverables before publishing for accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and overall quality.
• Support in preparing mid‑campaign updates and final performance reports.
• Keep tracking sheets and documentation clean, updated, and organized.
