Job summary

Lucidya is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to act as the on-site representative at client offices, coordinating delivery of projects from kickoff to handover.

You will build detailed project plans, manage timelines, work with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support, and ensure quality and timely outcomes while maintaining documentation. Fluent Arabic and English and 1–3 years of experience in digital campaigns are preferred.

Qualifications

• Worked directly with customers in project-based or operational roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders of different cultures and seniorities.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Comfortable speaking in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handover.
• Act as the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing day-to-day coordination and execution.
• Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project implementation activities for Lucidya's SaaS solutions in alignment with agreed scope.
• Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges.
• Manage client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials.
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes and best practices.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Have 1-3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders of different cultures and seniorities

• Adept at thriving in fast‑paced environments and highly adaptable to changing priorities
• Comfortable speaking in both Arabic and English

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and major social media platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
