Job summary

Lucidya LLC is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to act as the on-site Lucidya representative at a client office. You will manage day-to-day coordination, keep detailed project plans, and ensure successful delivery of all deliverables.

The role is hands-on, project-based for 1 year, requiring strong communication with stakeholders across regions and fluency in Arabic and English. You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Services teams to maintain quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects from kickoff through final handover.
• Be the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead implementation of Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with scope.
• Coordinate across Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and address challenges.
• Maintain client communications, updates, escalations, and expectations.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of all deliverables.

Why this role matters:

As a Client Delivery Specialist, you will be the on-site representative of Lucidya at our clients’ offices, responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of assigned client projects. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal Lucidya teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

This is a hands-on, project-based role (1 year) where you will be embedded with a specific customer (on-site at their office), overseeing day-to-day coordination, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that all project outcomes and deliverables are delivered as agreed. You will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked directly with customers in project-based or operational roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns
• Communication is one of your strong suits, you’re also able to effectively manage stakeholders of different cultures and seniorities
• You pride yourself on your time-management skills and can juggle multiple priorities effectively
• You thrive in fast paced environments and are highly adaptable to changing priorities
• You’re an excellent communicator, and are comfortable speaking in both Arabic & English

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and major social media platforms.

• Experience with Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
