Job summary

APCO Worldwide seeks an experienced Digital Account Manager to support development and implementation of digital strategies across assigned client accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate digital projects, and oversee the creation of social media content and creative deliverables.

You will work with internal specialists and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution, effective collaboration and alignment with client objectives,

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, content marketing and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate channel plans, content frameworks and activation plans.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee creative development process from brief to delivery and ensure quality alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities and support growth initiatives.
