Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking a Camp Operations Coordinator to monitor and maintain camp facilities across multiple sites. The role ensures safe, efficient living standards for all manpower on job sites, coordinating with catering, transport, and security teams.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of related experience and a high school or vocational diploma. You will manage records, reports, and incident responses while upholding HSE policies.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in similar roles.
• High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with camp facilities and logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain camp records for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water, and related systems.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal operation.
• Handle emergencies (power outages, leaks, HVAC failures) and coordinate with staff.
• Track camp equipment and assist in ordering and restocking materials.
• Maintain attendance summaries and reports to assist resource planning.
• Organize transportation for workers and coordinate meals with contractors.
• Monitor security, HSE, and first aid supplies to mitigate hazards.
• Follow SOPs and instructions to ensure controlled, consistent work.
• Demonstrate compliance with company values and ethics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure safe, environmentally responsible operations and timely reporting.
