Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant housing, camp, or accommodation operations experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily housing and camp accommodation operations.
• Supervise shift activities and ensure smooth camp operations.
• Maintain accurate housing records, occupancy data, and resident information.
• Coordinate room assignments, transfers, check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure compliance with company housing policies and camp rules.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
• Handle inquiries, requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services.
