Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking an experienced Camp Operations professional to monitor and maintain camp facilities across projects in Medina. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, water supply, sewage, HVAC, and safety systems to ensure safe living standards for all personnel on site.

You will organize transport, coordinate meals with catering contractors, and ensure HSE compliance and timely reporting. A minimum of 4 years in similar roles and a high school vocational diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years related experience in roles within similar positions.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain camp records on electrical, plumbing, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
• Organise and supervise transportation for workers and coordinate with Catering Contractors for meals.
• Ensure safety, HSE and first aid supplies; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Assist in reporting and planning to optimize resources and logistics.

Job description

Role Purpose

To monitor and maintain the overall function of the camp in order to ensure a safe efficient and decent living standards for all manpower on all job sites within Nesma amp Partners

Key Accountabilities

Operational Direction Monitor and maintain all camp related records on a regular basis including electrical plumbing water supply sewage heating ventilation and air conditioning HVAC to identify any potential issues or anomalies Perform routine inspections maintenance check-in check-out reports and repairs on camp systems to ensure they are operating optimally Handle emergency situations related to camp systems such as power outages water leaks HVAC failures or other critical incidents in order to coordinate with relevant staff to address emergencies efficiently and safely Keep track of camp system equipment and supplies and assist in ordering and restocking necessary materials to ensure smooth operations Maintain daily weekly camp attendance summary program evaluation and other reports as required helps in planning and allocating resources more efficiently Organize and supervise transportation for workers and coordinate with Catering Contractors for timely serving meals to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions Monitor security of all facilities including HSE and first aid supplies in order to identify potential hazards or safety risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them
