Nesma & Partners Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking a camp operations professional to monitor, maintain and improve camp infrastructure and services.

The role involves coordinating with engineering, logistics, and catering teams to ensure safe, efficient and orderly living conditions for all manpower on all job sites. Responsibilities include routine inspections, emergency response coordination, asset tracking, attendance reporting and transport/catering coordination.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all camp related records on a regular basis including electrical, plumbing, water supply, sewage, HVAC to identify issues.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, check-in/check-out reports and repairs to ensure systems operate optimally.
• Handle emergencies related to camp systems and coordinate with staff to address them.
• Keep track of camp system equipment and supplies and assist in ordering materials.
• Maintain daily/weekly camp attendance summaries and reports for planning resources.
• Organise and supervise transportation for workers and coordinate meals with Catering Contractors.
• Monitor security of facilities including HSE and first aid supplies to mitigate hazards.
• Follow all relevant logistics processes, policies, SOPs, and instructions for controlled work.
• Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics to support value-driven culture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner per policies.
• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet logistics requirements.
