Job summary

Group AMANA is seeking a motivated Camp Supervisor to join our field operations in Saudi Arabia. You will support daily labor accommodation services, safety compliance, transportation coordination, asset management and reporting in line with AMANA standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of camp supervision experience in construction, strong planning and communication skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office; OSHA/NEBOSH certification is preferred and Saudi nationals are encouraged to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of camp supervision experience.
• OSHA or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of camp operations, health and safety, and facility coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Saudi Talent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors adherence to health, safety, and security regulations and reports violations.
• Prevents safety hazards and pursues safety improvements.
• Ensures emergency numbers are known by workers in the camp.
• Communicates safety and environmental awareness regularly.
• Assists Camp Boss with new employee orientation.
• Participates in labor committee meetings and suggests action plans.
• Maintains fair treatment of diverse workers and motivates labour.
