Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is searching for a Camp and People Manager to handle daily operations of residential facilities in Riyadh. This individual will oversee housing, catering, transport logistics, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the VP of HR, the manager will coordinate budgets and vendor services, ensuring smooth camp operations aligned with refinery cycles. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years managing large-scale workforce accommodations or remote camp operations.
• Experience with Saudi labor regulations, including GOSI and MHRSD compliance reporting.
• Proven budget management skills exceeding SAR 10 million annually.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily housing allocation and shift rotation logistics.
• Monitor vendor performance and enforce service-level agreements.
• Process expatriate visa renewals and iqama transfers.
