Job summary

ABIS is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee camp housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all accommodations and common areas.

You will manage housekeeping staff, coordinate shifts, inspect facilities, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to guest concerns with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff shifts to meet operational needs.
• Inspect accommodations and public areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to any housekeeping-related guest concerns or complaints.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities
