Job summary

Hadya Group in Jeddah is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage the building’s cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep. The role involves leading a team of cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations across all areas of the property.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the field, hold a Diploma or higher, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to maintain high cleaning standards and timely issue resolution.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all building areas.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules to optimize staff efficiency and coverage throughout the property.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitary regulations.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from tenants in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations including staff performance and maintenance needs for management review.
