Qualifications

• High school diploma or hospitality management degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in housekeeping; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor staff, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency.
