Job summary

MBRF is seeking an Instrumentation/Calibration professional in Jeddah to calibrate factory instruments in line with plans and procedures. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze calibration data, and maintain accurate records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

With 3+ years in instrumentation/calibration, you will coordinate with external suppliers when required, support maintenance teams, and uphold food safety and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures and related documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical data and maintain calibration records.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing at MBRF?

• Perform calibration activities for factory instruments and equipment in line with the approved calibration plan, procedures and technical specifications
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze and interpret calibration data, identify deviations and take appropriate actions to complete calibration activities
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of instruments, calibration records, reports and certificates
• Ensure calibration activities and documentation comply with internal procedures, audit requirements and applicable standards
• Coordinate with external calibration companies and suppliers for calibration services, documentation and certificates when required
• Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams to support equipment reliability and operational requirements
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety and company standards and procedures

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Technical/vocational qualification in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration, preferably within the Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
• Practical knowledge of instrument calibration, test equipment, calibration procedures and related documentation
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and maintain accurate calibration records and certificates
• Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirements; familiarity with SAP PM is preferred
• Business-level English proficiency
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
