Accurate drafting and disciplined revision management are critical because project teams rely on controlled drawings and coordinated models for design decisions, construction planning, and technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and technical details from sketches, markups, verbal instructions, and existing documentation.
• Develop accurate 3D models to support engineering and design requirements.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and other approved design platforms for assigned drafting activities.
• Translate engineering concepts and design information into clear technical deliverables.
• Apply appropriate drafting conventions, symbols, dimensions, annotations, and presentation standards.
• Review drawings for dimensional accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Verify technical deliverables against project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify drawing inconsistencies or missing information and coordinate clarification with responsible engineers or designers.
• Update drawings and models following design reviews, comments, and approved changes.
• Maintain revision history and ensure obsolete files are appropriately controlled.

BIM and model coordination responsibilities will support multidisciplinary integration.

• Prepare and update BIM models throughout design development and project delivery.

• High School Diploma.

• Strong working proficiency in AutoCAD.
