Job summary

Sautic, based in Makkah, seeks a BI professional to translate data into actionable insights for AI, IT, and software projects.

You will design and maintain BI dashboards and reports, optimize SQL queries and data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely insights in a fast-evolving IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) professional to join our growing team in Makkah. The ideal candidate will design and implement BI solutions that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, supporting decision-making across AI, IT, and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using modern BI tools.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.

Design and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL workflows.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems.

Deliver insights that support business growth, client projects, and internal operations.

Monitor BI systems for performance improvements and recommend enhancements.

Contribute to data governance, standardization, and best practices within the company.
