Job summary

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer (Outsourced) to lead data integration, ETL and analytics across enterprise systems. You will develop dashboards and reports, ensure data quality, and support finance and treasury analytics.

The role requires strong ETL, data modelling and SQL/DAX expertise, with English fluency and preferably Arabic or French. The position is based at ICD Headquarter, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Division Manager,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in BI, data integration, data analytics, or related technology functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, BI, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in ETL development, data integration, data modelling, staging environments, data quality validation, and reconciliation.
• Capable of communicating in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data integration, ETL development, staging environments and related data processes.
• Develop, maintain and optimize ETL processes to support accurate, consistent data integration.
• Design and optimize data models and SQL/DAX queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Manage metadata to support data integrity across enterprise data assets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytics for performance monitoring and forecasting.
• Support BI capabilities for Treasury Management System and core banking system operations.
