Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks a senior project and digital delivery leader to coordinate ERD initiatives from concept to adoption. You will align business priorities with IT, AI Factory, and external partners to ensure successful delivery, governance, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Business, IT, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or project/digital/change certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ERD digital, AI, automation, analytics, and decision-support initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Coordinate across ERD, IT, AI Factory, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement, Legal, external advisors, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Mentor teams and promote sustainable internal capability in problem solving, stakeholder communication, and delivery discipline.
• Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and implementation status reports.
