Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh seeks a junior Business Development professional to identify opportunities and monitor market trends in construction and engineering sectors. You will assist in proposals, presentations, and keeping the opportunity tracker up to date.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and 0–2 years in related fields, with strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of Riyadh's construction and real estate market is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good analytical and research skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Monitor tenders, projects, and upcoming opportunities in the Riyadh market.
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline and opportunity tracker.

• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and business development activities when required.
