A leading tech company in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive. This role involves onboarding restaurants to the company's platform, expanding the merchant network, and fostering partnerships. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive in both Qaif & Ahsa who is passionate about Koinz’s mission to provide end-customers with seamless ways to experience their favorite brands—anytime, anywhere.
This role is ideal for a natural seller who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating value for restaurant partners.
You will be responsible for onboarding restaurants onto the Koinz platform, expanding our merchant network, and helping partners grow their revenue and marketing capabilities through Koinz’s solutions.
What you will be working on here in Koinz: Arrange appointments with qualified leads and new prospects provided by the lead generation team.
Follow up with prospects and close deals with a high level of professionalism and ownership.
Act as an ambassador of the Koinz mission, brand, and product in all partner interactions.
Prepare proposals, offers, and lead contract negotiations to successfully close deals.
Engage with restaurant owners and food-related businesses, driving meaningful conversations that highlight the full value of Koinz.
Clearly communicate Koinz’s value proposition through multiple channels (phone, email, video calls, in-person meetings).
Own and manage your sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions.
What you will need to fit in this position: 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience working in startups, particularly within the F&B or FoodTech industry, is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
