APEX Operations in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to study how different businesses work, map processes and data, and translate findings into clear requirements for ARK47 Studio. You will write user stories, collaborate with product and software teams, and test features on real business cases.

The role is full-time and on-site in Riyadh, with emphasis on preparing sample systems and reporting weekly insights to support ARK47 Studio development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis, ideally on software or ERP projects.
• Experience writing requirements, process maps or user stories.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.


• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.


• 3+ years in business analysis, ideally on software or ERP projects.


• Experience writing requirements, process maps or user stories.


• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 12,000–17,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.


• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.


• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.


• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.
