Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Portas is seeking a small number of Business Analysts for our Riyadh team. You will engage in market research and data analysis across the sports sector, build Excel-based financial models, and draft high-standard client materials.

An onboarding program will support your rapid development in consulting and sports know-how. You will develop core consulting skills while gaining deep exposure to international mandates, with opportunities to influence strategy and

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record is required.
• Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial.
• Highly numerate with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrate a clear passion for sports and physical activity.
• Proactive self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Highly proficient in English; Arabic beneficial.
• Genuine interest in sport shown through study, work, playing, coaching or volunteering.
• Willing to work on a global basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and data analysis across venues, events, leagues and federations, and synthesise the findings into clear insights.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models (e.g. venue feasibility, revenue forecasts, business cases).
• Draft sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and the development of recommendations.
• Help prepare and run stakeholder interviews, workshops and client meetings.
• Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members.
• Support project planning and workstream management.
• Support business development (proposals, credentials, market scans) and internal firm-building initiatives.

THE ROLE
