Creative Artists Agency’s CAA Portas division in Riyadh is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. You will perform market research, data analysis and stakeholder interviews across the sports sector, while building financial models and contributing to client reports in a global, collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are highly numerate with strong problem-solving skills and an excellent academic record. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and prior consulting experience are beneficial.

Qualificações

• Numerical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic beneficial for regional work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and data analysis across venues, events, leagues and federations.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models (e.g., venue feasibility, revenue forecasts).
• Draft sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and develop actionable recommendations.
• Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops and client meetings.
• Foster day-to-day relationships with client teams and support project planning.

The Role

THE ROLE We have exciting opportunities for a small number of Business Analysts to join our team based in Riyadh A full on-boarding programme will be provided and you will have the opportunity to develop core consulting skills as well as developing a deep understanding of the sports sector

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct market research benchmarking and data analysis across venues events leagues and federations and synthesise the findings into clear insights
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models e.g. venue feasibility revenue forecasts business cases
• Draft sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard
• Contribute to team problem-solving and the development of recommendations
• Help prepare and run stakeholder interviews workshops and client meetings
• Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members
• Support project planning and workstream management
• Support business development proposals credentials market scans and internal firm-building initiatives
