Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Portas seeks multiple Business Analysts to join our Riyadh team, delivering data-driven insights and strategic advisory to sports clients. You will develop financial models, conduct market intelligence, and contribute to client-ready materials as part of a dynamic consulting group.

You will work on international mandates, engaging across sports sectors and collaborating with colleagues in a global network.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record.
• Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial.
• Highly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrate a clear passion for sports and physical activity.
• Proactive self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• English proficiency essential and Arabic beneficial.
• Genuine interest in sport demonstrated through study, work, playing, coaching or volunteering.
• Prepared to work on a global basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and data analysis across venues, events, leagues and federations, and synthesise the findings into clear insights
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models (e.g. venue feasibility, revenue forecasts, business cases)
• Draft sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard
• Contribute to team problem-solving and the development of recommendations
• Help prepare and run stakeholder interviews, workshops and client meetings
• Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members
• Support project planning and workstream management
• Support business development (proposals, credentials, market scans) and internal firm-building initiatives

THE ROLE

We have exciting opportunities for a small number of Business Analysts to join our team based in Riyadh. A full on-boarding programme will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to develop core consulting skills, as well as developing a deep understanding of the sports sector.

Main Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
