Job summary

Tatvasoft Arabia is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong IT background in software development, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and map processes to BRDs/FRDs, coordinating with developers, vendors, and end users.

Responsibilities include supporting system implementations, testing, and UAT, identifying gaps and risks, tracking changes, and assisting with training and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Background in IT, software, digital transformation, ERP/CRM or system implementation.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and UAT.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Support user training and post-go-live functional support

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
• Must have a background in IT, software, digital transformation, ERP/CRM, or system implementation
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and UAT
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills
• Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM, or HRMS is preferred
• Candidates based in Dammam or willing to relocate are preferred
