Job summary

adidas seeks graduates for the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia to support the Marketing team in executing brand and retail initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to visual merchandising, in-store communications, campaign activations, and retail excellence while contributing to impactful brand execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in preparing presentations and reports, and help track marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Tamheer Program.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Strong interest in sports, retail, branding, and consumer marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication initiatives in line with adidas guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining strong and consistent brand presentation across retail stores and consumer touchpoints.
• Support the planning and implementation of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail activations.
• Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual standards, product presentation, and competitor activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing updates for internal stakeholders.
• Support showroom merchandising and campaign setup during key business periods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and tracking marketing materials, POS assets, fixtures, and promotional tools.
• Collect and analyze basic performance data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
