Job summary

Echelon in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Brand, Marketing and Communications leader to own the external and internal voice from strategy to execution. You will shape the brand, oversee content, social channels and campaigns, and drive media relations with the leadership team.

You will align English and Arabic communications for GCC and international markets, working closely with the Managing Director and COO to sharpen our market presence across the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing, communications or brand experience in-house at a technology company or startup.
• Owned an end-to-end channel: brand, social or content, from planning to published output and measured results.
• Comfortable writing across registers: campaign copy, a press line and an executive message in the same week, on-brand.
• GCC & International market fluency, ideally Saudi Arabia specifically; English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Branding and content: own the website, media content, content calendar, brand guidelines and a consistent voice across Echelon lines of business.
• Manage channels across social and external presence: LinkedIn, X, and other channels, including scheduled posting and community management.
• Oversee campaigns and launch communications: comms plan and assets behind major moments like product and partnership announcements and customer success stories.
• Lead executive and internal communications: drafting leadership messages, all-hands materials and internal communications that reflect the Echelon Way.
• Media and external relations: handle press enquiries, briefing materials and maintain relationships with media in coordination with leadership.
