Job summary

Sahat Al Majd Trading Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches and own its results. You will drive sales, manage operations, schedules, cash, inventory and ensure brand standards across service and hygiene.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in F&B or retail, at least 2 years in branch management, strong leadership, and fluency in English. This role requires availability for weekend shifts and offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• 4+ years in F&B or retail operations.
• At least 2 years in a branch/outlet management.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on with POS, inventory and basic P&L.
• Able to work full availability for shifts including weekends.

At Sahat Al Majd we serve a coffee and chocolate experience our guests deserve, across 35+ branches of Jadeel and Hanoverian. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches and own its results.

What you\'ll do:

Lead the branch team day to day, deliver sales and profitability targets, ensure every guest receives service at brand standard, manage schedules, cash, inventory and ordering, maintain hygiene and food-safety compliance, coach and develop your crew, and report branch performance to the Area Manager.

What we\'re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in F&B or retail operations, including at least 2 years managing a branch or outlet


• Fluent English, spoken and written


• Strong leadership and people-management skills


• Hands-on with POS, inventory and basic P&L


• Professional appearance and commitment to brand standards


• Full availability for shift work, including weekends


• All nationalities welcome; candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
