• The Boutique Manager drives sales, profit and strategic objectives for the boutique.
• Direct contact with Royals and Collectors and management of VIP relationships.
• Implementation of customer relationship programs and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Maximize turnover and profitability of the boutique.
• Manage in-boutique and external sales presentations to VIPs.
• Control discounts and general expenses within the boutique.
• Analyze performance, develop KPIs and SWOT analyses.
• Set team targets and monitor performance; recruit and train new staff.
• Coordinate with Retail Director on objectives, marketing and merchandising.
• Ensure excellent POS presentation and adhere to display guidelines.
