KEO International invites applications for a BIM Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading BIM processes, coordinating information exchange, and ensuring data integrity across multi-disciplinary teams.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Manager to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Supporting project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while coordinating tasks, deliverables, and governance processes.
Reviewing, developing, and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Organizational Information Requirements (OIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Project Information Requirements (PIR), and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) in accordance with ISO 19650 requirements.
Managing information security, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and information assurance procedures to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant information exchange.
Leading QA/QC, information assurance, and model-checking activities for Information Models, ensuring quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project and organizational standards.
Developing and maintaining BIM object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, templates, and shared resources in alignment with the overall BIM strategy.
Supporting construction sequencing, digital handover, and cost-planning activities through the effective use of information models and structured data management practices.
Researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging BIM technologies, classification systems, and digital solutions to improve project delivery, collaboration, and efficiency.
Leading and managing BIM processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to applicable standards, protocols, and project requirements.
Utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D to develop, manage, coordinate, and review 3D models for infrastructure elements, including roads, highways, utilities, and associated assets.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to coordinate, review, and validate BIM models, ensuring model accuracy, completeness, consistency, and data integrity.
Preparing and reviewing 3D architectural and structural models for project assets, including buildings, roads, gates, and other infrastructure components.
Coordinating BIM-related activities across design, engineering, construction, planning, and project management teams to facilitate effective information delivery and model integration.
Troubleshooting BIM-related issues and supporting project teams in resolving model, coordination, information management, and workflow challenges.
Attending and facilitating BIM coordination and technical meetings, documenting actions, and following up on agreed deliverables and requirements.
Experience in 4D modelling using Bentley SYNCHRO 4D Pro is considered an advantage. Relevant responsibilities may include:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience partnered with Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field.
Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, and integration tools with Specification, Energy Analysis, Cost control, Engineering analysis.
Advance proficiency in BIM360 Docs and Design (ACC).
