Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a senior BIM Specialist to lead and coordinate BIM for roads and infrastructure projects. You will manage 3D models, ensure clash detection, and deliver compliant 2D drawings from BIM outputs.

The role requires extensive Civil 3D/InfraWorks/Navisworks expertise and strong collaboration across disciplines. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 14 years in BIM, with at least 3 years on roads and infrastructure, and possess a relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 14+ years of BIM experience.
• More than 3 years on roads/highways/infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM implementation within the roads infrastructure discipline to support multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Lead BIM CAD team and ensure QA/QC of models and drawings.
• Develop 3D models for roads, highways, earthworks, drainage using Civil 3D and related tools.
• Conduct internal clash detection to ensure no interference between disciplines.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings from BIM models per client requirements and standards.
• Support BEP implementation and lead BIM standards and digital delivery processes.
• Provide training for modelers and oversee onboarding to projects.
• Act as focal point between BIM Management and project design teams.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Specialist to join our award-winning team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

This critical role will be supporting 3D design models and will be responsible for developing managing and coordinating BIM models for roads highways and related infrastructure works The role ensures the generation of 2D drawings from models maintains high standards for BIM implementation performs clash detection within the discipline and ensures coordination for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects

We envisage success in this role to include

• Coordinating the overall BIM implementation within the roads infrastructure discipline to support multidisciplinary project delivery
• Managing the assigned project BIM CAD team including quality assurance and quality control of models and drawings
• Assisting in the creation of BIM deliverables model federation clash detection reports BIM quality control plans and design reviews in addition to supporting asset management BIM implementation
• Developing and managing 3D models for roads highways earthworks drainage and related infrastructure using Civil 3D and other relevant tools
• Conducting internal clash detection to ensure road alignments utilities and other infrastructure elements do not interfere with other disciplines
• Generating accurate 2D drawings plans profiles cross-sections details from BIM models in compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Supporting the implementation of BIM Execution Plans BEP for BIM deliverable production within the roads infrastructure discipline
• Leading BIM standards modelling workflows and digital delivery processes during the project lifecycle
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software functionality issues
• Creating templates libraries as per client s requirements
• Providing training for modelers when needed and overseeing onboarding of BIM modelers to projects
• Acting as the focal point of contact between the BIM Management team and the project design team

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant field and more than 14 years of experience with at least 3 years on roads/highways/infrastructure projects.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650 or similar)
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary BIM workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Gulf experience and knowledge of Qatar s infrastructure projects is an advantage
