Job summary

Parsons Corporation, a global engineering and digital delivery firm, seeks a senior BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery in Riyadh for the Qiddiya project. You will govern BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and drive QA/QC across architecture, structure, MEP, and civil disciplines.

The role requires ~10 years of BIM leadership, strong coordination skills, and a proven ability to implement efficient workflows, templates, and data management in a complex project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Approximately 10 years of BIM modelling, coordination, or digital project delivery experience, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and maintain BIM execution approaches for complex digital models across architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and systems.
• Oversee BIM procedures, modelling standards, project conventions, and digital delivery workflows.
• Conduct regular model reviews to verify accuracy, accessibility, and completeness for downstream use.
• Lead technical assurance of BIM deliverables and prepare model review reports and quality findings.
• Direct production of complex models and drawings with structured risk controls.
• Review BIM proposals and technical solutions; recommend mitigation for identified risks.
• Improve BIM processes by simplifying workflows and standardizing practices.
• Develop resources, templates, and estimation approaches for model and drawing deliverables.
• Serve as primary BIM technical contact for clients, guiding modelling requirements and digital processes.
• Coordinate model integration across architecture, structural, MEP, civil, and systems disciplines.
• Manage BIM hardware, software, databases, and digital environments to ensure availability and performance.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and production capacity analysis.
