Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a BIM/GIS Engineer to support BIM and GIS processes during construction supervision on major development projects in Saudi Arabia. You will maintain accurate digital models and geospatial data, support multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure compliance with BIM/GIS standards.

You will coordinate model reviews, clash detection, and the integration of GIS with BIM, while supporting information management, audits, and handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional BIM/GIS certs preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM and GIS deliverables.
• Experience with large-scale projects in construction or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, data management, and GIS systems.
• Experience with GCC or Saudi Arabia projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM and GIS information across design, construction, and supervision teams.
• Review models for completeness, accuracy, and constructability; resolve clashes.
• Maintain federated models and ensure design changes are reflected in BIM.
• Manage GIS databases, conduct spatial analyses, and generate reports.
• Support CDE workflows, document control, and information exchange.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and audits of BIM/GIS deliverables.
• Provide site support with BIM/GIS data for construction monitoring.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on coordination and delivery status.
