JASARA PMC seeks a highly experienced Senior GIS BIM Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for mixed‑use development projects. This leadership role is crucial to advancing the company's capabilities in digital engineering and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple disciplines.

The Senior GIS BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing GIS and BIM strategy, execution, and data management, driving innovation and supporting project teams in delivering high‑quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and stakeholders to integrate spatial data with BIM processes to optimize project planning, design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive GIS and BIM strategies for mixed‑use projects.
• Lead the integration and coordination of GIS data with BIM models to support project planning and execution.
• Manage GIS and BIM workflows, standards, and quality assurance across disciplines.
• Oversee data management and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of spatial and BIM information.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to optimize design and construction processes through digital solutions.
