Qualifications

• 15+ years of BIM/GIS or digital delivery experience.
• Strong BIM standards knowledge and information management.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM and GIS consultants throughout project delivery.
• Establish BIM execution requirements and digital delivery standards.
• Review BIM models, coordination outputs, and information management processes.
• Monitor model quality, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Support Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation and governance.
• Coordinate BIM and GIS integration to support project planning and delivery.
• Support digital reporting, asset information, and data management initiatives.
