Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Almadinah team in Saudi Arabia. You'll drive advanced Revit modelling across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensure model quality, and coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams.

Your role includes preparing shop drawings, maintaining model standards, and supporting clash detection and data extraction for project reporting. A strong background in high-rise and hospitality projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Experience on high-rise buildings or hotels.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specs and authority guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advanced BIM modelling for Architectural, Structural and/or MEP disciplines.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for model review and coordination.
• BIM model creation, updating and maintenance per project standards.
• Extraction of quantities, schedules and model-based information.
• Support for clash detection and coordination issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our team based in Almadinah, KSA

• Advanced Autodesk Revit modelling for Architectural, Structural and/or MEP disciplines
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Navisworks for model review and coordination support
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
• BIM model creation, updating and maintenance in accordance with project standards
• Preparation of shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, elevations and schedules
• Revit family creation, modification and parameter management
• Understanding of LOD / LOI requirements and BIM modelling standards
• Model checking for naming conventions, coordinates, parameters and data accuracy
• Support for clash detection and coordination issue resolution
• Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
• Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM information management principles
• Extraction of quantities, schedules and model-based information
• As-built BIM model updating and record model preparation
• Knowledge of linked models, worksets, shared coordinates and model federation
• Familiarity with Dynamo and other BIM automation tools is an advantage
• Experience on large-scale building, hospitality, mixed-use or infrastructure projects in KSA / Middle East
• Ability to coordinate effectively with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Designers and Site Teams

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7-10 years of work experience partnered with a relevant degree from recognized univeristy or relevant professional qualification.
