Job summary

KEO is seeking a Site Wide Logistics Manager for the PMCM practice in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role demands extensive site-wide logistics construction management, coordination with clients and contractors, and hands-on leadership across teams.

You will leverage a strong background in civil engineering, high-rise and luxury hotel construction, and a track record of on-time hand-overs, with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15 years of site-wide logistics and civil engineering experience.
• High rise construction expertise required.
• Experience in luxury hotel construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-wide logistics construction management and hand-over.
• Coordinate with clients and third parties; report progress.
• Improve efficiency and productivity of project progress; manage cost/time impact.
• Provide leadership from an engineering consultancy background on PM processes.
• Review contractor progress; prepare monthly progress reports.
• Review and approve contractor payment requests; issue certificates.
• Schedule and chair site progress meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships via excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Wide Logistics Manager to join our PMCM practice, based in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Extensive Sitewide Logistics Construction Management experience, including successful project completion and hand-over.
• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project as well as delegating work to senior colleagues and their teams Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and managers to report on progress
• Effective Sitewide logistics management success to enhance efficiency and productivity of the project progress and overall impact on cost and time
• Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.
• Experience reviewing and managing the contractor’s progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis.
• Reviewing and approving of contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.
• Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a B bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
