Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Riyadh seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage client repairs, servicing orders and correspondence.

You will uphold a Tiffany experience with product knowledge and proactive follow-up, serving both appointment and walk-in clients. Key requirements include at least 2 years in luxury retail or client-focused roles, superb bilingual communication in Arabic and English, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or client-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and service orders are entered, monitored and completed.
• Provide the highest standard of client follow-up to support client relationships.
• Meet and consult with appointment clients and walk-in clients.
• Ensure all client enquiries via phone, post and email are responded to.
• Fulfill client order requests, including transaction processing and shipping.
