Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury retail stores.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs; drive sales targets.
• Lead Store Managers with coaching and development.
• Ensure exceptional luxury customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate new store openings and readiness.
• Act as liaison between stores and Finance/HR/Supply Chain.
• Prepare store performance and operational reports.
• Manage inventory levels and limit waste.
