The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, due diligence, and litigation support, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work under supervision, contribute to M&A processes, and develop memo and briefing materials while maintaining quality standards and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in reputable law firms.
• Excellent command of legal drafting in both Arabic and English (essential).
• Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws; experience in local and cross-border matters.
• Ability to provide efficient and accurate legal advice, analyze complex transactions, and propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements; provide legal advice and precise recommendations.
• Analyze and summarize complex legal documents, propose amendments with attention to detail.
• Contribute to due diligence and support M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Develop work plans, allocate tasks, manage risks, and track billable hours and progress.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Write articles and legal newsletters to support knowledge sharing.
