Job summary
Jobsforhumanity is seeking a junior lawyer to support senior lawyers on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters for clients operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will have early responsibility for drafting and direct client contact, helping to prepare practical legal opinions and strategic guidance in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents, conducting Saudi law research, supporting company formations and regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws from a recognised university.
- 0-2 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or legal consultancy.
- Saudi law licence.
- Strong drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, corporate documents and legal opinions in Arabic and English
- Conduct legal research on Saudi laws and regulations and prepare clear, practical advice
- Support company formation, licensing and regulatory filings (MISA, MoC, CMA and other authorities)
- Assist on transactions, including due diligence and closing documentation
- Manage matter files, deadlines and client correspondence under supervision
